Our Financial Planning and Analysis team sits within the Macquarie Asset Management division, supporting the business to execute on its strategy while investing to deliver positive outcomes for our clients, portfolio companies and communities.

What role will you play?

Leading a team across Sydney, Gurugram & Mumbai, you will be responsible for Macquarie Asset Management wide reporting and analytics to support senior stakeholders across the Macquarie Group, including the Macquarie Asset Management CFO, Group Head and Executive Committee in strategic decisions, as well as the Macquarie Group CFO and the CEO with investor presentations for the Macquarie Group.

Along with providing performance data and helping drive delivery of Objectives and Key Results across Macquarie Asset Management, you will use analytics and insights to support business decisions and performance, whilst displaying exceptional people leadership skills to foster a high performing team culture.

  • Proven people leadership, developing and supporting a high performing team
  • An extensive track record of delivering insightful, analytical and commercial analysis for complex organisations or businesses
  • Experience within financial planning and analysis positions, operating at a group or consolidated level
  • A track record of strategic problem – solving and analytical thinking with the ability to influence outcomes though strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding and ability to communicate business performance across a range of key financial metrics
  • Experience within Asset Management or Financial Services not necessary, but will be viewed favourably
