What role will you play?

You will be responsible for managing both external and internal client relationships, addressing a variety of queries related to our managed funds and active ETFs across different asset classes, all while focusing on continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include oversight of various asset classes, assisting with a wide range of inquiries regarding MAM Public Markets products, and resolving disputes.

What you offer

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and interest in asset management.
  • Passion for client service and a passion to deliver on client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Enjoy working with a range of stakeholders and a willingness to learn.
