Our Consumer Deposits team is responsible for the operational excellence and product agenda of our transaction, savings and business savings accounts. With daily engagement across a wide range of internal and external teams, the Product team is where the buck stops. What role will you play?

You will collaborate with our digital, delivery, data, and engineering teams to implement product feature changes that comply with regulatory and risk standards. Utilising data and market insights, you will inform pricing decisions, assess margin impacts, and support the implementation of interest rate changes. Additionally, you will work closely with Legal and Risk to uphold robust control frameworks and meet conduct obligations, such as BCOP. You will also manage incidents across our products and vendors, ensuring timely resolution and the implementation of strong controls. You’ll be part of a team that drives excellence and innovation in financial products, making a tangible impact on our business and customers.

You're passionate about customer experience and delivering products that customers love
Tertiary qualifications preferably in a Business or Finance related discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output focused environment with strong attention to detail
Proficient excel skills
Have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation as part of a small team.
