What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing business processes, identifying opportunities and risks, and collaborating on solutions that can drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. You will be responsible for carrying out analysis using a range of techniques to identify, validate and inform key requirements, and provide inputs to product, design and engineering so they can effectively translate these requirements into the target experience. You will be expected to map and prototype key flows and processes to help all stakeholders align on current and target state changes, and will gather and organise feedback from a range of sources to inform planning and decision making & inform priority use cases. Additionally, you will support effective implementation of new solutions by defining user acceptance scopes and developing training approaches & content and capture insights and feedback on user requirements post-implementation

What you offer

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with experience working as part of a product team in scrum
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or a similar regulated field and a strong risk mindset
  • Prior experience implementing (defining, building, operationalising) digital solutions, particularly those related to operational efficiencies
  • Strong analytical and data background, understanding of software development processes, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
