Our Banking Financial Services Treasury Modelling team partners closely with colleagues across our business to support the development, oversight, and governance of models used within Banking and Financial Services. We work collaboratively with specialist risk teams to ensure our modelling activities meet regulatory expectations and align with Macquarie’s broader risk management framework.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of model related initiatives across Banking Financial Services Treasury and our central Risk Management Group. You will oversee planning, track key milestones, and ensure teams remain aligned throughout the model development and change process. Your work will help drive clear communication, streamlined delivery, and effective risk management across a diverse portfolio of modelling activities.

What you offer

  • Experience working in banking, treasury, risk, or quantitative modelling environments, with the ability to understand or learn key model concepts such as model lifecycle, change processes, and issue management
  • Strong planning, communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams
  • Experience applying agile ways of working to support delivery and maintain accountability across initiatives
  • The ability to interpret model policies, standards, and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery processes and team coordination.
