Join our Broker Support team in Banking and Financial Services where you will be a part of a successful business with a strong, collaborative work culture. The Broker Support team are designed to work in partnership with our Business Development and Credit teams to support and deliver an exceptional home loan experience for brokers and end customers.

What role will you play?

You will coach, mentor and lead your team to ensure they meet service level agreements and deliver an excellent service while fostering a positive team culture. By partnering with the business, you will build effective working relationships with Managers, Team Leaders, senior management and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally. In addition, you’ll proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiencies and utilise your experience in driving change to execute on these opportunities.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and our mortgage broker network
  • Data driven with a curious mindset with the ability to analyse information and make informed decisions to drive results
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team to meet and exceed goals
  • Strong track record in developing team members
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change
  • Proven understanding of home loans life cycle.
