What role will you play?

As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing change and engagement strategies to support the successful embedding and adoption of key digitalisation strategies across MAM, working closely with aligned Digital Solution Owners and business stakeholders.

As part of the role, you will conduct impact assessments of planned changes; develop and maintain rich user persona profiles to support consistent targeting of change activity across the business; and design and implement a range of tactical activities to drive awareness, engagement and adoption.

What you offer

  • A proven track record in delivering complex change and transformation activities, particularly in global environments involving digital adoption
  • Rich experience with defining and implementing both strategic and tactical change activities, with ownership of key artefacts like change & engagement plans, impact assessments, customer/user profiles, and key message development
  • Demonstrated success delivering positive improvements to key change metrics (adoption rates, time to adopt, satisfaction scores, scale of change) and actively establishing effective feedback loops
  • Outstanding stakeholder & communication skills, with the ability mobilise, influence and engage a wide range of stakeholder types and levels, including but not limited to technology delivery, communications, commercial and operations teams
  • A highly customer/user centric approach, with the ability to effectively identify and mobilise the key drivers and motivations that drive positive change outcomes
  • Prior experience or subject matter expertise aligned to the asset management or investment industry, or within key business enablement functions (Risk, Legal, Data, Finance or HR) will be highly regarded though is not essential
