In response to increased demand, we are expanding our quantitative talent pool across Banking and Financial Services and the Risk Management Group to strengthen our capabilities.

What role will you play?

As a member of our growing quantitative teams, you’ll play a key role in Macquarie’s critical decision-making processes. Depending on your expertise and area of interest, you may contribute to areas such as Credit Risk, IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book), Stress Testing, Market Risk and Capital.

Your work will be highly analytical, commercially relevant, and vital in shaping how Macquarie manages risk and allocates resources in a complex and dynamic environment.

What you offer

  • Degree qualification in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science or related field preferably within Financial Services
  • Experience using analytical tools such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, MATLAB, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop practical, actionable insights
  • Previous experience working in Banking and Financial Services will be highly regarded.
