As a Portfolio Performance Monitoring Business Analyst with strong data analytics focus, you will help drive the roll out of portfolio analytics and monitoring capability and leverage data to transform how our investment and portfolio teams can evaluate target investments, onboard new assets, identify areas for value creation, and mitigate risks. You will be instrumental in developing data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making and optimize performance across our private markets investments

As a Business Analyst, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyze business processes, and collaborate on digital, data, and AI-driven solutions to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. Partnering with Private Markets investment and portfolio teams, you will lead initiatives to enhance portfolio company management and the asset management lifecycle through innovation and strategic insights. Your responsibilities include building analytics frameworks, uncovering actionable insights, collaborating with engineering teams, ensuring data quality, and supporting the implementation of new solutions through user testing, training, and feedback.

Salary range for this position: $87,300-126,500 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools, with experience working with both structured and unstructured data for portfolio monitoring and analysis, portfolio operations and value creation.
  • Proven experience rolling out digital tools that support investment teams with portfolio monitoring, portfolio operations or value creation initiatives.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in Private Markets/Private Equity , including familiarity with the investment lifecycle, portfolio monitoring, valuation, and reporting processes.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of the importance of user experience and user outcomes, alongside functionality
