Join the Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) team as a Salesforce Administrator and work closely with a highly collaborative and innovative team in the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce platform. In supporting project planning and stakeholder engagement, you will drive the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with our business’ objectives.

What role will you play?

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will take ownership of the Salesforce platform, serving as the primary system administrator responsible for its configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, ensuring data quality through regular audits, and implementing best practices for data management and security. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions, and providing prototypes or proofs of concept to refine these ideas.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and tools like Data Loader and Salesforce Reports. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required. 
  • Proven ability to navigate and manage complex Salesforce ecosystems in enterprise environments. 
  • Self-starter with team management experience, capable of working independently, solving problems, and delivering results for diverse stakeholders. 
  • An agile mindset to drive data-driven decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver business value using human-centered design and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
