Join our Commodities and Global Markets technology team, where you’ll collaborate with a dynamic group of technologists responsible for developing and maintaining critical applications that support dataflows for downstream consumers. These components are integral to our business and are used for capital and liquidity purposes across Finance, Risk, and Group Treasury functions.

What role will you play?

 As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising existing systems and data platforms to ensure the reliable delivery of data to downstream processes. You will analyse and resolve BAU issues to maintain system stability and performance, while collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document change requests, business requirements, and integration specifications. Your role will also involve performing data analysis to map, source, and validate inputs, ensuring alignment with business needs. 

What you offer

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector, particularly in Capital Markets.
• Proven expertise in data-focused roles, including data lineage, data analysis, and data flows.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back system flows and product lifecycles.
• Proficiency in SQL is highly regarded
• Experience in Finance or Risk domains is valuable
• A background as a developer or the ability to read C++ / Java / Python code will be advantageous.
