In this role you will play a vital role in shaping the overall employee experience by combining strong operational execution with emerging P&C advisory capabilities. In this position, you will serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers up to the Director level, responding to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment. You will manage employee queries through case management systems, ensuring timely resolution aligned with global service standards, while also providing guidance on policies, processes, and P&C best practices. This includes conducting preliminary case analysis and collaborating with P&C Business Partners on matters requiring deeper expertise or escalation.
Additionally, you will support advisory tasks such as performance matters, policy interpretation, mobility, and broader employee experience initiatives. You will prepare accurate P&C reports—such as those on attrition, performance cycles, and mobility trends—highlighting key insights, risks, and recommended actions for leaders. The role also involves supporting low-level employee relations cases, including sensitive wellness or conduct concerns, while ensuring appropriate documentation, confidentiality, and escalation. You will contribute to cyclical people processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, and learning and development, and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, mobility, offboarding, and conducting exit interviews. Finally, you will help identify process gaps and recommend enhancements that elevate service delivery and strengthen the employee experience.
