Our Sales and Credit Quality team plays a pivotal role in cultivating a highly skilled, confident, and high-performing sales team. Through dedicated coaching, mentoring, and training, we ensure our Home Loan Lending Specialists are equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What role will you play?

You will develop and implement training programs designed to onboard and upskill the team in both sales and credit capability building, while you also observe, coach and provide meaningful feedback to enhance their overall performance. Regularly reviewing key data points and monitoring team performance you will identify trends and training requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

You will also be responsible for proactively identifying process improvement opportunities by recognising gaps and implementing effective solutions to address them. You will collaborate closely with managers to assess business needs, evaluate employees’ post-training performance, and gather feedback to refine and enhance training programs. Additionally, you will foster team engagement by equipping employees with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles, to drive both individual and collective success.

  • Strong and effective coaching and training skills
  • Experience in facilitation, designing training materials and programs, and building capability across sales teams
  • Ability to identify and surface process improvement opportunities to management and support the implementation of effective solutions
  • Action-oriented decision-making skills and strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Prior phone based sales experience, ideally within Financial Services.
