What role will you play?

As an Advice Technology Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role by managing and enhancing key advice technology systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and Ezidox. This unique position blends the expertise of a business SME, requirements facilitator, project manager, and change enabler, allowing you to influence and drive meaningful improvements across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, and implement impactful change initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include developing comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing user support, and building dashboards to improve reporting capabilities and data insights. By combining the analytical mindset of a Business Analyst with the hands-on expertise of a Salesforce super user, you’ll be instrumental in driving innovation, optimising workflows, and ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our advice systems.

  • A strong understanding of financial advice, key advice technology systems and the implementation of best practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder/relationship management skills
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to schedule and manage timelines
  • Passionate for human centered design in financial advice
  • An understanding of Salesforce and similar financial advice systems is valuable.
