Our Records Governance team is a business critical, global and diverse advisory team within our Corporate Operations Group. Our team manages Macquarie’s records and information effectively through a fit for purpose designed Records Management framework aligned with our internal and external business requirements, and adequate oversight through governance forums.

What role will you play?

You will support senior management in enabling high-quality governance records and information governance. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to sustainably align with the internal policies and framework, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements.

What you offer

  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in information governance, and records and information management frameworks
  • Exposure and good knowledge of technology platforms and technology solutions underpinning information governance
  • Experience working in a complex business environment, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft 365 suite which include Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint and Excel
  • Tertiary qualifications in information management is valuable.
