Our People and Culture Digital, Change and Delivery Team sit within our Finance Management, People and Engagement Group who deliver operational, technical and transformational projects both in agile and waterfall methodologies.

This is a 12 month contract.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities across the software development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing efforts, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

What you offer

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in managing end-to-end testing for large-scale or complex projects
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Experience in managing and coordinating testing activities with external vendors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager or equivalent is valuable
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum or DevOps environments in a Financial Services organisation, and experience with trading and settlements are highly regarded
  • Knowledge of share plan platforms and HR system integrations are valuable.
