What role will you play?

As a Platform Support Analyst, you will deliver operational support and governance for our enterprise platforms. You will manage incidents, user access, and change requests while ensuring compliance with security standards. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders, you will resolve issues, implement improvements, and contribute to automation initiatives. Your role will be key in maintaining platform reliability and supporting continuous improvement across our technology landscape.

What you offer

• Minimum 3 years experience in technical support or business analysis within enterprise platforms
• A strong understanding of IT service management processes and governance frameworks
• Proficiency in managing tasks and documentation using Jira, with familiarity in agile ways of working
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
