Our Omnichannel Enablers team plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of digital solutions across our marketing technology platforms, with a particular focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a key member of our platform team, championing quality and scalability across our digital solutions. You will work closely with digital, product, and technology teams to understand their requirements, translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications, and help deliver high-quality solutions within AEM. Your role will involve supporting production releases, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our digital platforms meet both business and user needs.

What you offer

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems
  • A data-driven approach, with a basic understanding of web performance and customer engagement metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver digital solutions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, technical aptitude, and critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • An awareness of risk, particularly within regulated industries
  • Self-motivation and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
