As an AI Engineer within our Model & AI Risk Management team, you will support the review and assessment of AI solutions used in the model validation space. You will focus on how these solutions are designed, implemented and deployed, helping to ensure they are robust, reliable and appropriately controlled in production environments.

You will combine hands-on engineering with independent validation, using coding, automation and evaluation tools to build solutions that help assess AI systems developed by others. Your work will support the evaluation of model behavior in real-world settings, helping to identify risks, improve consistency and strengthen oversight.

Working closely with engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders, you will bring an independent perspective that contributes to stronger system design, validation approaches and best practices across both traditional models and emerging AI technologies. You will also help the team stay current with new developments in AI and evolve its tools and methods in a fast-moving environment.
