Our Financial Management, People and Engagement team plays a central role in supporting our people and business to work more effectively through the adoption of innovative tools and practices. What role will you play?

In this role, you will drive the adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence tools across Financial Management, People and Engagement by delivering engaging communication, training and change initiatives. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver rollout activities, support internal AI communities, and ensure people feel confident using new tools in their day-to-day work. Your efforts will help create a connected and well-supported experience that encourages meaningful and sustained adoption.

  • Experience delivering change, communication or training initiatives, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders and adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities including events, communications and rollout activities
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience creating clear and engaging content and presentations
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, training sessions or group discussions, both in person and virtually
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively with business, technical and programme teams to deliver outcomes and improve adoption.
