Our Corporate Operations Group Data & AI function enables the safe, transparent and effective use of data and artificial intelligence across Macquarie. The Data & AI Governance team plays an enterprise-wide role, connecting governance, risk, policy and delivery insights to support informed decision-making at senior management and Board level.

What role will you play?

As a Manager in Data & AI Governance and Reporting, you will lead the delivery of clear, high-quality reporting on data and AI governance, risk and progress. You will bring together complex inputs from across data, risk and regulatory areas, translating them into concise, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders and governance forums. Your work will help shape how data and AI topics are conveyed and understood across the organisation.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise materials for senior and Board-level audiences
  • Proven ability to synthesise complex and varied information into structured insights and recommendations
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience working with, or the ability to quickly build knowledge of, data and AI governance and risk frameworks
  • The confidence to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across business, risk and compliance functions, ensuring alignment and clarity of messaging.
