Our Corporate Operations Group Data & AI function enables the safe, transparent and effective use of data and artificial intelligence across Macquarie. The Data & AI Governance team works across the organisation, bringing together governance, risk, policy and delivery insights to support informed decision-making by senior leaders and board-level forums.

What role will you play?

As a Product Owner, you will lead the strategy, design and delivery of data management products and tools, focusing on improving data governance and quality ensuring it is fit for purpose and enabled with AI. You will define and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with broader organisational priorities. You will also oversee the full product lifecycle, driving collaboration, continuous improvement and the delivery of meaningful business outcomes.

  • Experience developing products or tools that improve user and stakeholder experience
  • Experience integrating platforms with core systems to deliver seamless and effective solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align across multiple teams
  • A good understanding of data management and artificial intelligence concepts, with a willingness to continue learning
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, drive outcomes and work collaboratively across business and technology teams.
