Our team sits within Macquarie Capital and leads finance transformation, helping to build a scalable, data-led and technology-enabled finance function. We work closely with finance and business teams to simplify processes, improve data quality and deliver forward-looking insights.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support the delivery of key finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, data enhancement and reporting uplift by consolidating financial data into a singular platform for AI readiness. You will work with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical solutions and help deliver outcomes that improve efficiency, controls and decision-making.

What you offer

  • 3+ years’ of experience in project or transformation roles within financial services, with exposure to finance processes such as planning, forecasting and reporting
  • Strong data management skills and a foundation in using artificial intelligence tools
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience supporting change initiatives and translating business needs into structured outputs such as process maps and recommendations
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage workstreams, prioritise tasks and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
