What role will you play?

As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Technology Operational Risk, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering complex risk programs of work across the business. You will collaborate with teams across Assurance, Banking and Wealth Products, Technology, Line 2 Risk and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. You will work with stakeholders across Banking and Financial Services to drive a strong, proactive risk culture and a clear understanding of the risk framework.

  • Technology expertise with operational risk management or assurance experience.
  • Ability to think laterally, problem solve and grasp abstract concepts and complex situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues regarding anticipated and emerging issues are essential.
  • Strong knowledge with IT General controls & processes such as Software Development Life Cycle, Access and Cybersecurity.
  • Good understanding of financial services environment and technology platform such as public cloud / SaaS. Exposure to Agile / DevOps / SRE principles will be advantageous.
