Our Group Technology and Security team plays a critical role in enabling secure, resilient, and innovative technology solutions across the organisation. Within the Delivery & Transformation team, we partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that support organisational growth and operational excellence.

What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of key technology projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business areas to track delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure milestones are achieved within defined timeframes. Your work will contribute to delivering secure and effective technology solutions, supporting the organisation’s broader objectives.

What you offer

  • Experience in project management within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project delivery approaches, with experience applying these in practice
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly report on progress and challenges
  • Experience using project management tools to track delivery, manage issues, and support effective planning.
