You’ll join the Strategy, Governance & Change team at the centre of this transformation, partnering with senior leaders and delivery teams to ensure change is well planned, supported and embedded across the business. What role will you play?

As the Change Lead you will define and deliver the end-to-end change strategy for a global People and Culture transformation programme, ensuring change is planned, coordinated and embedded across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders and programme stakeholders to build alignment, strengthen sponsorship and equip leaders with the tools and confidence to lead their teams through change. You will lead a team of change and communications professionals to assess stakeholder impacts, identify risks and barriers to adoption, shape tailored change approaches and ensure communications are clear, consistent and focused on what matters most to people. You will also establish measures of success and help drive lasting adoption, readiness and business outcomes across the transformation programme.

  • 10+ years’ experience leading change across large, complex transformation programmes.
  • Strong expertise in change strategy, stakeholder impact management and leadership engagement.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience building high performing teams of both direct and indirect reports.
  • Experience working in or closely with Human Resources or People and Culture functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and influence senior leaders through trusted advice and insight.
